What is Return Policy?
For change of mind, we offer a 30 Day No Hassle Exchange Policy on the proviso that the exchange garment meets the conditions as set out in the below:
- Product labels remain attached to the product in the original condition
- Products are returned in the original inner and outer packaging
- Product has not been worn (except to try on for size)
- Product has not been damaged, marked or soiled
- Product has not been altered by you in any way
- Product is accompanied by the original invoice
- We do NOT accept returns for pantyhose, stockings, bodystockings products ( includes: bodystocking chemises or bodystocking bodysuits) and latex wear.
We do NOT able to cover damage to garments that are the result of improper laundering. Please follow all care instructions carefully.
Please only try on lingerie bottoms, other products that have a panty e.g. bodysuits and all swimwear with a panty liner in place. We trust that most people are honest and will take the time to try on lingerie carefully.
Should a product appear faulty, we offer a 30 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products, however true to our high level of customer service, we will always endeavour to keep our customers happy and satisfied.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.

When returning your product, you must provide the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Reason why you are returning the product
- Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved
Ideally include the original order confirmation or invoice that you received with your product. if you haven’t previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will help us to quickly resolve the issue, should we need to contact you.
Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
